I do not diagnose or treat disease, but I gather information based on what you tell me, and compare that to a standard that would be normal and healthy.

- Optimizing your diet with healthy whole foods. What does that look like? I will answer this question and provide a resource guide for locating grass fed and pastured foods locally. We start with a food journal plus your nutritional goals. This meeting is about one hour. Start your family on a Track that will enhance your health the rest of your lives!
Track II
- Optimizing Digestive Wellness. This Focus includes an initial consultation and a follow up consultation. It includes an interview, and a food journal evaluation. It is designed to benefit those who suffer from digestive disorders such as leaky gut, IBS, IBD, Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis by directing you toward a dietary protocol that has proven beneficial in the majority of cases. The protocol I will share with you has brought relief and healing to many people!
Track III
- Blood Sugar Balance and Weight Loss. This Focus is designed to benefit those who struggle with hypo or hyperglycemia (diabetes or prediabetes), weight loss and PCOS. We will focus on strategies that support weight loss and lower blood sugar, which can include either the low carbohydrate, high fat lifestyle or specifically the Lifestyle Weight Loss program. Both approaches are effective for weight loss, lowering blood sugar, balancing hormones, lowering cholesterol and in some cases, lowering blood pressure.
