Ann Green
Hi! My name is Ann Green. I grew up on corn oil, shortening, sugar, white flour and the stress of a dysfunctional family. It was years before I realized the impact all that had on my health. As my kids left the nest, my interest in health increased, and I turned toward educating myself. Then faced with my own health problems a few years ago, I decided to find of course of natural healing. What I discovered is that healing isn’t simply a 30 day juice fast or a miracle supplement, but it’s having a good plan, and then applying that plan to everyday choices- every meal, every day. It’s a journey. -Do you need a plan? -Do you need someone to show you how to create healthy foods? I don’t diagnose or treat disease, but I can help you change the direction of your health, one day, and one meal at a time. My training includes a Bachelor’s in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner. Also, 3 years of training with The Wellness Way. |
